Gallery Incurve Kyoto is a commercial gallery that promotes about twenty artists who belong to “Social Welfare Foundation SOOHKAI atelier incurve.” Atelier Incurve artists made their debut in an exhibition in New York, and thereafter their artworks were featured in successive exhibitions at local and international galleries and museums such as Suntory Museum, Osaka, Nariwa Museum, and Hamamatsu Municipal Museum of Art. At the audience's request, Gallery Incurve Kyoto started in June 2010 at a restored traditional townhouse called Kyoto Machiya, a traditional townhouse. The gallery is open on Saturdays.
