Tomoyuki Shinki

Born in 1982, Shinki is an avid fan of combat sports. The black lines accurately depict the intertwined, muscular bodies of wrestlers and recreate dynamic matches. His exhibitions are frequently held at galleries in New York and at art museums in Japan. The solo exhibition"Draws and Flow" at gallery incurve kyoto was curated by Takahiro Okazawa in 2010.
